Rare pathology of renal mass in a 47 year old woman

Case presentation
The patient is a 47 year old woman who presented with painless hematuria. she had no urinary symptoms , weight loss and night sweating . past medical history was unremarkable. she was not smoker and did not consume alcohol and opioum. physical examination was normal.
Sonography
A 81*63 mm hypoechoic mass in upper pole of left kidney , right kidney is normal.
Urine cytology
Negative for malignancy
CT SCAN


67 * 59 mm solid mass in left kidney and multiple paraaortic lymphadenopathy in left renal and infrarenal area.
Regarding to the possibility of tumor origination from pyelocalyceal system , we performed left retrograde pyelography .


Surgical procedure:
The patient underwent left radical nephrectomy.
