Female Urethral Diverticulum

A 32-year-old female patient presented with recurrent UTI,

vaginitis and post void dribbling.

Ultrasound Study

A 33x25 mm cystic mass in anterior vaginal wall. 

Abdominopelvic CT scan

She underwent urethral diverticulectomy.

Inverted U incision in anterior vaginal wall

and visualization of peri-urethral fascia 

 Opening of urethral diverticulum.

Free Labia minora graft for further re-inforcement.
