A 60-year-old female patient complaining of painless gross hematuria.

Urine cytology: Negative for malignanty

Cystoscopic evaluation: Normal

Ultrasound study:

left kidney lower pole cyst and an intrarenal heterogenous mass

MRI

The patient underwent

left radical nephrectomy
