Vaginal cyst in a virgin female

A 51-year-old
virgin
female patient presented with prolonged mild obstructive
urinary symptoms which has been worse lately.
Physical exam
MRI study
IVU
Inverted U incision
Pathology report
Gartner cyst
Vaginal cysts:
Asymptomatic masses on the anterior vaginal wall.
May enlarge to cause lower urinary tract symptoms or dyspareunia
Types: mesonephric (Gartner duct cysts), paramesonephric (müllerian),
endometriotic, urothelial, or epidermoid (inclusion cyst).
Diagnosis is made by pathology.
