Case presentation
A 53-year-old female presented with a slow-growing and easy bleeding urethral mass since 6 months ago. She didn't mention any history of
trauma or vaginal surgery.
She underwent simple resection of the mass. The pathology report confirmed condyloma with focal high-grade dysplasia.
