Adrenal schwannoma mimic pheochromocytoma by elevated metanephrine
left adrenal mass and elevated metanephrine levels underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy without alpha blockade due to intolerance to phenoxybenzamine and normal blood pressure. Pathology revealed an adrenal schwannoma.

Endophytic Renal Cell Carcinoma mimicking Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma
A 69-year-old female presented with flank pain and gross hematuria. Urine cytology *3 was negative for malignancy. Ultrasound study revealed a 5 cm mass in left renal pelvis and pyelocaliceal system.
